History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Recently the stress of being a Ruler has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Shane was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bowyer. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
