History: The child of a Blacksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Bernard was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Bernard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
