Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Painter profession.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. William was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.
