Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Bernard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Bernard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He now mingles about in high society.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Knight arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His first spouse was a Armorer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
