History: He comes from a rich southern family. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Heward was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heward decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Clerebold never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
