History: He was born in a small plains village. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: He is lean but muscular and is renowned for his bright tan suits and hats. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A gifted student he started as a Laborer, but he got bored and became a Performer. He has worked as a Performer like his father before him.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Dean was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and wants to work out more often

Description: He sports violet clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'1" when asserting himself. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born into a rich family. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Butcher. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Butcher.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many pastel ritualistic tattoos. He wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple pastel line shooting up and back down. His silver hair is lengthy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balimaar embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. The war was a terrible time for him, and Balimaar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
