Personality: Percival speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has wavy white hair. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his feathered blue hat.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Anthony was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Anthony's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
