Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When Roger reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region.
