History: He was born in the south. Randal was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Marshal. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of dire rats
