His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ernest does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in a small plains village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'1". He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and his gloved hand is found clutching a scythe. His hair is red and curly. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Fletcher but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against drow

He has a very tight haircut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was born in a small island village. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
