History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
