He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Through the years after Reynard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Reynard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Reynard and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
