History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: Dean was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miller. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
