History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gerard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Glassblower like his father before him.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
