History: He was born into a rich family. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Lance took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. One day when Thomas was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Thomas was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ploughman and was forced into it by his family.
