History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
