Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gilbert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the south to a Bellfounder, Gilbert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sword, but if one is not available he will default to his quarterstaff. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a Map Maker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A gifted student he started as a Painter, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Gifted from a young age, Peter studied abroad. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
