Personality: Manfred hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Manfred was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
