Description: A middle-aged man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This dark-skinned male dresses like a well dressed Spice Merchant does. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has no hair. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Gunter is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Miller. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miller responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are blue.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ernest grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ernest. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
