Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his hand crossbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His brown hair is cut short. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hubert grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hubert. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He bought a longbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a brown costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He has auburn hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
