Description: He dresses like a well dressed Ploughman does, and he perpetually has his axe ready. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Drogo hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a Ploughman soon after.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears red leather gloves, a red jacket, and tight pants, and is pretty ugly. His hair is silver and very short. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has worked as a Fletcher like his mother before him.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is obsessed with his god.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.
History: He was born in a small desert village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and revenge

His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.
