History: He was born in a small desert village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently the stress of being a Scribe has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: Drogo hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His hair is long and red with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Peter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Miles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he's looking for his big break
