Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with yellow slacks. His red hair is greasy and uncared for. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gerard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: This late middle aged man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down and is in decent physical shape. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Locksmith business.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
