Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Heward lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This eastern man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has white hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Don was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born to a Layabout, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears violet painted combat armor at almost all times. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the left. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Dustin will drive conversation. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
