History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He has no hair. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Randal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Randal. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: John lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carpenter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on his right hand. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Detective but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the north to a Detective, Peter learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.
