History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ernest fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Herbalist. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
