Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Charles was taken on many hunting expeditions. His first spouse was a Carter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Hubert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Crown-heir for the past few years.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and sabotage a competitor
