Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Bernard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Gardener profession.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Heward isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born in the north. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
