Description: 6'6" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He typically wears red cloth garments or leather armor. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is greedy

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered pastel stockings. His chestnut hair is singed and shortened. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Lance took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He wears baggy grey pantaloons and a black scarf. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He has wavy auburn hair. He is baby faced.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He is a Lamia in disguise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ralf is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Ralf was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ralf's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born in the east. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business
