History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. John fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Miles wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A freak accident while working with his Architect father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Gifted from a young age, Anselm studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Anselm took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
