History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Barkeep, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Wymar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the west to a Soapmaker, Wymar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Soapmaker and found it very stressful. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Mercenary soon after.
