History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Roland was born with his father's beautiful face. After coming to the age of reason, Roland took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
