Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Simon's homeland. Simon decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is greedy

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
