Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is a Fletcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Raymond was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a brown coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Randal is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Randal reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: An older man who wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, he is not a threatening figure. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Guy was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new navigator responsibilities is difficult

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
