Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his greatsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Gerard was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
