Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Balimaar studied abroad. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Balimaar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
