History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Balimaar was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Blacksmith. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.
