History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Being a Barber kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: 6'5" and muscular, this northern man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Odo abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This late middle aged man tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt and is in decent physical shape. He wears his chestnut hair up. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Raymond was born the youngest of three triplets. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Raymond took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.
