Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in a small plains village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a Brewer, his father struggled to pay the bills. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His first spouse was a Dyer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Lewis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and wants to work out more often
