History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Bernard was a troubled youth. History: Born in the north to a Carter, Ralf learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
