History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a Actor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Animal Trainer for the past few years.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his son

History: John was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after John was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. John's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.
