History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He worked as a nervous Scribe and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. His golden hair is cut short. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Kody was born the youngest of three triplets. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
