Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jocelyn isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Jocelyn liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
