History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He struck the Doctor job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
