History: Hugh lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Junk Dealer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

His hair is long and red with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He has gray eyes and a red hat with a black feather.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This slender man stands about 5'7". He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Jocelyn was born with his father's beautiful face. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and balancing his hectic life and new cook responsibilities is difficult

Description: A moderately attractive man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and doesn't want to be a cartwright and was forced into it by his family
