Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Richard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by giants. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now owns his own business.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His white hair is singed and shortened. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Dean's homeland. Dean decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: 6'3" and muscular, this eastern man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull grey iron scale mail. His red hair is thinning but still full. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Henry is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Henry was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and doesn't want to be a ruler and was forced into it by his family

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's also a talented Healer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Healer again; and further expansion of business

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
