History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gomory grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Body Guard, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Anselm was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Anselm's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Anselm and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aldous does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
