Personality: He is fixated on the number 40. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Everard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Don was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Don was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Don's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He tends to his Cook job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
