Description: An older man who prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Robert took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He dresses like a well dressed Navigator does, marred by beers. His hair is long and red with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His head has been shaved. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the left. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Shoemaker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He wears his chestnut hair up. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. A true patriot, Hugh would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Being a Unemployed kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
