Personality: Lance hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a simple brown robe with white stripes complete with hood. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He is baby faced.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roger grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Sellsword. He tends to his Sellsword job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Glassblower. His hair is always cut to a buzz. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dustin grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new glassblower responsibilities is difficult
